Refund within 14 days
If MacMeter Pro isn’t for you, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. You don’t need to explain why.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] from the address you used to buy, including the order reference from your Paddle receipt if you can.
How we refund you
The refund is for the full amount and goes back to the payment method used for the purchase, through Paddle. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card network.
After a refund
When you are refunded, the license ends and you can no longer use it to unlock Pro features. You can keep using the free version.
This policy does not limit the withdrawal and warranty rights that the law gives you as a consumer.
